Refund Policy

At Innovision Advertisement, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. As most of our items are customized signage solutions, our refund policy is outlined below:

Custom Orders
All custom-made products such as signboards, ACP signages, LED boards, and LED letters are non-refundable once production has started.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will review and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if applicable) are only processed in cases where we are unable to provide a replacement or resolve the issue.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
